A telling tale of two buildings.


Two apartment buildings with nearly identical financials and staffing sit across the street from each other. Upon closer inspection the so called "better" building simply has better service, provided by their Building Service Workers ("same" building, "same" payroll). Attention! Property Managers: it is up to you to engage your Building Service Workers to keep your building at its personal best.
