A tasty win for an Iowa chef and IPPA.The Iowa Pork Taste of Elegance once again brought together Iowa's top chefs Top Chef is an American reality competition show that airs on the cable television network Bravo, in which chefs compete against each other in weekly challenges. They are judged by a panel of professional chefs and other notables from the food and wine industry with one or for the annual culinary competition. The checkoff-funded event, sponsored by the Iowa Pork Producers Association, is designed to inspire chefs to create new and exciting ways to menu pork. Chef Shad Kirton of the Hotel Pattee in Perry, Iowa Perry is a city in Dallas County, Iowa, United States, along the North Raccoon River. The population was 7,633 at the 2000 census. Formerly a major railroad junction, Perry is home to the Historic Hotel Pattee (now closed), with themed rooms including many related to the , was awarded first-place honors; he also took home the People's Choice Award.
