The neighborhood is located south of Park Slope and Windsor Terrace, separated by Green-Wood Cemetery and the Prospect Expressway/NY-27, while 65th Street and the Gowanus . The approximately 240,000 s/f development site is bounded by 30th Street on the north, Third Avenue on the east, 32nd Street on the south and Second Avenue on the west.
