Dr Suellen Miller, Director of Safe Motherhood Programs at the Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health ar the University of California, San Francisco Coordinates:  , wrote about her work in developing an anti-shock garment to prevent post-partum haemorrhage in International Midwifery last year (IM20: 12-13). This non-pneumatic suit is now being made available as the LifeWrap[TM] anda scheme has been launched to help buy LifeWraps for use where they are needed.
