"It's given me a whole new outlook on life," he said. Mr. Cloutier is the second member of the current board to announce he will not seek re-election. John T. Gagnon said in January that he would not run again. He has served eight years and said then that he wants to give others a chance to run for the seat. The annual town election is slated for May 13.
