DUBLIN, Ireland -- Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c33041) has announced the addition of Soft Drinks in Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov.  and China to their offering.

Soft drinks was affected during the SARS outbreak in 2003, however it managed to spring back in 2004, and managed to surpass the pre-SARS period. Consumers returned to their normal lives and purchasing behaviour and consumer confidence returned to match that of the pre-SARS period. In addition, the number of tourists increased in 2004, bringing on-trade sales that outperformed the pre-SARS period.
