A report on clergy sexual abuse in the Philippines, prepared by Catholics for a Free Choice Catholics for a Free Choice (CFFC) is a pro-choice political organization whose founders hold the belief that "the Catholic tradition supports a woman's moral and legal right to follow her conscience in matters of sexuality and reproductive health.  and two local NGOS NGOS Next Generation Operating System , Likhaan ng mga Kababaihan and the Child Justice League, has been submitted to the United Nations, the Holy See and the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) is the official organization of the Catholic episcopacy in the Philippines. The beginnings of the CBCP may be traced back to February 15, 1945 when the Most Rev. William Piani, D.D.
. The report follows similar ones on Canada, Germany, France and Austria and includes in its recommendations that the Holy See ends the requirement for secrecy involving clergy sexual abuse cases.
