In the event that our PM has had a convenient lapse of memory, I would like to remind him of a referendum which was held in Wales a year ago when the people of Wales voted overwhelmingly in favour of additional meaningful powers for our Assembly. The only outcome of this event was the formation of a group called the Silk Commission, which was formed to determine the extent of the extra powers but so far has resulted in a deafening silence from them. I can't help but feel that this group was formed purely as an endeavour to sweep the results of our referendum under the carpet. However, we will see won't we?
