A provider becomes president.AAHSA AAHSA - American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (formerly American Association of Homes for the Aging, AAHA) appoints Georgia LTC executive president, CEO WILLIAM L. (LARRY) MINNIX JR., D.MIN., has been appointed by the Board of Directors of AAHSA as its new president and CEO effective Jan. 1, 2001. Currently president and CEO of Wesley Woods Inc. in Atlanta, a not-for-profit long term care, housing, outpatient, and acute-care program, Minnix has been a delegate to AAHSA since 1994 and a member of its board since 1997. In his 27-year career at Wesley Woods, he served in various administrative positions, becoming executive vice president in 1980 and president and CEO in 1990.
