Besides Hankla, members of the ACTA executive management team include: * Timothy B. Buresh, Director of Construction and Engineering, a civil engineer and member of the California State Bar with more than 25 years experience in the construction industry, including management of complex public works projects. * Dean Martin, Chief Financial Officer, a certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA) An accountant who has met certain standards, including experience, age, and licensing, and passed exams in a particular state. who spent nine years as Chief Financial Officer with the Riverside County Transportation Commission before joining ACTA. * Joseph Burton, General Counsel, who has 30 years experience in corporate and municipal law. * Pete Mandia, Director of Administration, who has 30 years experience as a port executive, economist and port planner. Other key personnel included: * Dave Boger, assistant director of construction and engineering. * Art Goodwin, assistant director of construction and engineering. * Andy Okoro, controller. * Carl Wolf, internal auditor Internal auditor An employee of a company who analyzes the company's accounting records to that the company is following and complying with all regulations. .
