 Inc., the beef giant bought by Tyson Foods Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE: TSN) is an American multinational corporation based in Springdale, Arkansas, that operates in the food industry. The company is the world's largest processor and marketer of chicken, beef, and pork, and annually exports the largest percentage of beef  Inc. in 2001, has been resolved. As part of the final agreement, Tyson will fund six environmentally beneficial projects with a combined value of $995,000. The company also will install additional odor-reducing technology at its Joslin, Ill., plant and pay a $30,000 civil penalty.
