W&M Properties" First Stamford Place, a three-building, 810,000 SE class A office complex received the Office Building of the Year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association's Southern Connecticut Connecticut, state, United States
Connecticut (kənĕt`ĭkət), southernmost of the New England states of the NE United States. It is bordered by Massachusetts (N), Rhode Island (E), Long Island Sound (S), and New York (W).

First Stamford Place is located at I-95's exit 7. adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center. The complex is located within Stamford's Enterprise Zone, qualifying tenants for an 80 percent abatement A reduction, a decrease, or a diminution.
