noncontroversial, uncontroversial - not likely to arouse controversy in Barcelona during the 2008 IFSCC Congress (for more on the Congress, see p. 86 in this issue). These changes relate to three things. One, a program has been adopted that will bring differentiation between IFSCC conferences and congresses. Two, implementation of a new educational program within the IFSCC, the Ecatarina Merica Cosmetic Education Program, and three, the IFSCC is organizing its next conference back-to-back with In- Cosmetics Asia, which will be held in Singapore following the Melbourne conference.
