A new strategic on-boarding system available to financial institutions.


A company that provides marketing and data management has teamed up with St. Meyer & Hubbard, the Illinois-based bank sales training and coaching firm, to provide an on-boarding solution for use by financial institutions.

The solution, called Strategic On-Boarding is offered by Conclusive Marketing, Franklin, Tenn.

The company says the solution offers a blend of "best-of-breed event-based marketing processes" and proven models for successful bank customer on-boarding. The company incorporated its existing lead generation and lead distribution technology, SynapseEBM, into the on-boarding solution.

Jack Hubbard notes that without using technology as a conversation enabler, on-boarding is an onorous process that will eventually collapse under its own weight. "Institutions that use technology like SynapseEBM in this and other conversation processes will be head and shoulders above others that do not."
