My New Year's resolution for 2006 is to work more efficiently and effectively. I want to empower my subordinates to take on more responsibility and initiatives, so they can move up more quickly. I have also planned to put a new communication system in place to help them work efficiently from remote locations. I have planned for my executives to focus less on details and more on the marketplace. As for me, I am going to try to prioritize my response to e-mails and voicemails and free up time to be with prospective clients.
