Seven Stories, the centre for children's books, in Newcastle's Ouse-burn Valley, is launching its "Monster" programme.

The series is kicking off on Saturday and aims to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the popular children's book The Gruffalo.

Visitors will be introduced to Professor Flite who'll be leading a "Monsterology" talk, which will cover beastly beast·ly
