A matter of trust?

I let my friend borrow one of my CDs and she never returned it. I thought she could be trusted. What should I do?

If you haven't tried talking to your friend, then that would be the place to start. She may have lost the CD and is afraid to tell you. Or she may simply have forgotten to return it to you. If that is the case, it should be easy to resolve.

An incident of this kind doesn't necessarily mean that your friend can't be trusted. That's why it's important to try to discover the truth about what happened to the CD.

If talking to your friend doesn't solve the problem, then you might want to check with your parents about the best way to handle the situation.
