A manager for e-mail campaigns. (MessageREACH).As electronic mail grows in popularity, marketers inevitably experiment with its capabilities in the hope of controlling costs and improving sales. Xpedite, one of the early multimedia providers, has begun offering a new e-mail campaign management service, which is available from the company's website. The new messageREACH Campaign Management service requires no additional hardware, software or technical support, the company says. It says messageReach is designed for high-volume broadcast and transaction applications including graphics and audio. The system can send multiple attachments in a variety of file formats. Individual responses are assigned individual URIS for tracking purposes, and full, reports can be generated. "These new services give customers the ability to manage every aspect of their e-marketing programs, from list administration to measuring results, while increasing response rates and dramatically reducing the costs associated with these campaigns, claims Matt McGill, director of business development for messageREACH. Xpedite messageREACH customers include Sam's Club, Rockwell Automation and Vacation.com. Xpedite says it handled 1.6 billion messages last year. |
