The largest city in the U.S. is quite possibly the greatest city in the World at this time. However, since the disasters of almost two years ago, it seems that there is a feeling that the city has declined -- that something has been lost. This is a city that roars awake every day and continues with such intense vitality that the air tingles. There is a pause of about a half hour, just before dawn, when it does become quiet -- one can actually awaken from a sound sleep because of the silence, but it doesn't last. It is a city built on dreams On Dreams (or "De Insomniis") is a text by Aristotle. External links
