Those real estate lawyers--what a wacky bunch. Take Lewis G. Feldman. Please. Take him off the desk. He's been sitting here in his bobble-head form for a week now.

Feldman got the idea to make a statue of himself last summer when he took his twin boys to a Dodger game on bobble-head night. Six-year-old Jack was fascinated by the figures and when Feldman explained that bobble-heads are fashioned from admirable and heroic figures, Jack suggested that they should make one in Dad's image.

So Feldman found a bobble-head manufacturer online, sent in photos of his head--front, back and profiles--and asked them to fashion his statue with a law book and microphone in homage to his stand-up comedy years. He ordered 300 of the little guys to send to friends and clients as holiday greetings.

"People who know me, they understand because of my background doing stand-up," he said. "It's been a very, very serious time, the election, the war. I felt like it was an important thing to give people a little laughter."
