A letter of condolence to the employees of corporate PR departments around the world (especially those persons who work for the makers of Lever 2000 soap):

I am so sorry. You go to work, do your job, try to earn living ... and you've got to deal with these constant harassments by the likes of the Rev. Richard J. Mackin, Consumer Defense Corporate Poet. Aside from being a hilarious read, the underlying social and political commentary in regards to corporate advertising, practice, an policy challenges us to think about who we support through our spending habits--and how much any of them actually "care" about consumers, if they care at all. And to the employees of that all-so-important division o any corporation, the consumer response/customer service/public relations department: You do just work there. You just do. Think about it.
