A lawsuit filed by J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. to clarify its intermodal transport partnership with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Co. has been dismissed by Benton County Circuit Judge John Scott.

Railway Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, railroad system in much of the United States (except the Northeast) and in S Canada, created in 1995 from the merger of Burlington Northern Inc. and the Santa Fe Pacific Corp. (see Santa Fe RR). Co. has been dismissed by Benton County Circuit Judge John
Scott. The court order said the lawsuit could be refiled if J.B. Hunt
produces documents within the next 90 days that show BNSF BNSF Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (railroad) was served
with the lawsuit or was aware of the lawsuit and waived official
service.
