A helping hand from Nanny Jo; TVChoice Your guide to tonight's TV in association with Thomson fly.com.

ARE your little darlings driving you up the wall? If the answer is 'yes,' then it's clear you need advice from real-life Mary Poppins Jo Frost.

This week, she's off to Hertfordshire, where single mother Tara is being driven crazy by her four-year-old, Rhys.

His blue language would make Bernard Manning blush, while his social skills leave a lot to be desired as he insists on humiliating her in public.

Both he and seven-year-old sister Shannon have declared war on Tara and it's clear they're taking no prisoners.

It's just a pity that in the middle of this conflict, well behaved eight-year-old Casey is getting overlooked.

It doesn't take long for Ms Frost to step in and assert her authority, but it's clear there's no quick fix solution for Tara's disobedient kids, and she soon pulls out all the stops to ensure they toe the line Verb 1. toe the line - do what is expected

Two years later, Barry George was found guilty of the crime, but six months ago, lawyers took his case to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, hoping it would be referred back to the Court of Appeal and lead to the conviction being overturned.

This special documentary focuses on new leads and the findings of the Commission as well as looking back at the original case and trial.

George has always maintained his innocence and some have continuously lobbied on his behalf, claiming he was incapable of the act because of mental disabilities and that police had failed to provide watertight evidence.

Another argument has been raised following the release of previously undisclosed psychological profile reports which suggested the murderer had vastly different personality traits.

The programme is sure to be a fascinating insight into details of the heinous act, but viewers should be warned they may find it distressing, particularly fans of the much-missed TV presenter and newsreader A client program that is used to read messages from Internet-based discussion groups (the venerable Usenet) or syndication feeds such as RSS and Atom.
