This is a shorter and modified version of the two volume Documents on the Arab-Israeli Conflict compiled by Bassiouni (law, Depaul U. College of Law) and published by Transnational Publishers in 2005, that now includes materials contributed by Israeli diplomat and historian Ben-Ami. It provides an annotated list of 690 legal and political documents from the beginnings of the Zionist movement to the May 2004 meeting of the League of Arab States. In addition to the documents, Bassiouni and Ben-Ami provide a narrative overview of the conflict.
