Such, I believe, is the case with a suit filed by Randal McCloy Randal L. McCloy Jr. (born April 14, 1979) of Simpson, West Virginia is a coal miner who was the sole survivor of the 2006 Sago Mine disaster. Medical treatment and condition McCloy was found, according to rescuers, "by the sound of moans" and needed urgent resuscitation.
