A row. after closing the deal with Huron in November, Field praised a recently completed renovation of the building, executed by Edison Properties, as being pivotal to its recent success. During that renovation, which was completed in 2004, the property was reskinned with a new glass facade, equipped with new elevators, electrical systems, and HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) In the home or small office with a handful of computers, HVAC is more for human comfort than the machines.
