Gary Megson Gary John Megson (born 2 May, 1959 in Manchester) is a former English footballer and manager. He has recently been appointed as Leicester City's new manager. As a player, he is arguably best remembered from his days at Sheffield Wednesday, where his father Don Megson also played  has found a supporter among his managerial brothers as the pressure continues to mount at West Brom.

He takes charge of his struggling side against Bolton, knowing he has a good pal in the rival camp.

, preparing for tomorrow's Barclays Premiership match between the two clubs, said: "Gary is a friend of mine and has done a fabulous job at West Brom. He should be given at least a full season in the Premiership to show what he is worth.

"Gary is a very intelligent lad and there are one or two subtleties to his team. They are not all crash, bang, wallop."

While Megson's future looks unclear, Brown is in the process of trying to negotiate a new deal and continue his work with Sam Allardyce <noinclude></noinclude>
