A fresh return to Gold Mile.


The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, Vice Chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, Managing Director, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. represented both the landlord and tenant in the leasing of 922 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , between 73rd and 74th Streets, to Fresh for its return to the "Golden Mile."

The ground floor boutique space is presently occupied by Neuhaus Chocolatier choc·o·la·tier

Ms. Consolo explains, "The lifestyle products of this Boston-based company, now a division of LVMH LVMH Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton (upscale retailer) , include skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, bodycare, and accessories for the home.

We had the good fortune to introduce Fresh to New York--bringing the retailer to its original Madison Avenue boutique and also to its stores in the West Village and Nolita. The new Madison Avenue location will truly be a jewel on the Golden Mile."
