A flight simulator for your sales staff. (New Products).

Airlines use computer flight-simulation technology to train pilots and flight crews in tricky situations without wasting a plane, or a life, in the process. Knowlagent has introduced a new variant on the theme, designed to train sales people to deal with on-the-job problems without wasting a client.

And it's all done on the desktop during periods of low call-volume, so your agents don't have to leave the office.

Knowlagent says Virtual Customer permits supervisors to design simulations that test agent judgment and customer skills without having to record and play back every call. Customer behavior is determined by the agent's responses to the situations presented. Knowlagent calls it "electronic role playing."
