A double stabbing.


Two men suffered knife wounds in separate attacks.

An 18-year-old, from the Farringdon area, was found in Anglesey Road, Sunderland, on Saturday night with suspected knife injuries to his leg and chest.

Two men, 22 and 32, from Sunderland, have been arrested.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack, which believed to have happened at 11.20pm.

At 1.25am on Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week. , a 21-year-old man was found with stab wounds to his face and chest in Burdon Road, Sunderland.

Police have arrested two men, 18 and 26, who are being questioned about the attack.
