There are seven krays, or territories, within Russia. They are: Altai Territory, Khabarovsk Territory, Krasnodar Territory, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Maritime Territory, Perm twins' success. They rose from small-time racketeers to become the most powerful criminal organisation in London, and this film unpicks how they built their empire. Vinnie Jones plays a disgraced footballer, who is jailed in this excellent remake of the classic Burt Reynolds comedy The Longest Yard. After getting nicked for drink-driving, Vinnie is sentenced to time in prison, where the corrupt governor decides to recruit him to train the all guards' football team. He decides the best way to get to the evil bosses is to lead an inmates side against the screws, and the laughs begin. Really funny, and great cameo turns from Jason Statham and Danny Dyer. Preferred outside the US styles, and offers to show them how much better they would look with a bit less of everything. Championing natural beauty, the programme is much more fun than the loads of other style shows around, and is well worth a look in. Bobsleigh Challenge BBC One, 11.15pm REALITY TV meets sport, as a group of athletes from different fields make a bold Cool Runnings-without-the-laughs bid to make the British championships of one of the most dangerous and fastest sports in the world. Decathlete de·cath·lete n. An athlete who participates in a decathlon. Dean Macey, rugby star Dan Luger, runner Jason Gardener and cyclist Craig MacLean all train to plummet down the super fast course. They have 10 weeks to make the trials for the British Bobsleigh Championships, and survive. EastEnders BBC One, 8.00pm MINTY is frustrated by Dawn's refusal to face the truth about what has happened to Garry, and can't help but wonder if he could have helped him in his hour of need. Charlie, meanwhile, wonders how he is going to tell his daughter, Lynne, the news about Garry. And Heather is still cross with Shirley, but will the news about Garry bring them closer together? Day of the Outlaw Channel 4 1.40pm WESTERN, starring Robert Ryan, Burl Ives and Tina Louise. Two feuding ranchers put aside their differences when renegade soldiers ride into town and threaten to do their worst. But the cattlemen falsely promise the mortally wounded leader of their gang that they will guide them to a safe place in the mountains where they can hole up and escape the law - on the condition they leave the townsfolk in peace. Thicker Than Water Five 3.10pm DRAMA, with Melissa Gilbert, Lindsay Wagner and Grainger Hines. A lawyer discovers her recently deceased father had a hidden long-term relationship with another woman. Curious about the family members she never knew she had, she eventually tracks them down - and ends up coming to their aid in a legal battle to preserve their way of life.
