The $400 million project is planned for a 12.6-acre site on the northern side of the Reed-Putnam Urban Renewal Area at the junction of 1-95 and Route 7 in Norwalk. Site preparation work, including the demolition of existing vacant structures, is under way at the property. The project, which is currently in the final stages of approval by the City of Norwalk, is scheduled to begin construction in 2007.
