IS IT JUST US, or does it seem that dance teachers are lining up to go back to school as never before--both in Front of the class and behind the desk?

With the federal mandate to "Leave No Child Behind," many states now require public school teachers who instruct dance to have a college degree with credentials in dance! While physical education teachers scramble to acquire the necessary dance certification, dancers who delayed their academic education to go straight to the stage are finding a compelling reason to get a degree.
