A cheeky look from mummy.THE mummy of Queen Henettawy is turning heads again in Egypt. She lost her looks when her cheeks were stuffed with soda and fat until they burst open. Now the wife of King Pinudjem I (1054-1031 BC) has been restored to her best to take her place on display in the new Royal Mummy Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Eleven mummies of kings and priesthood rulers feature as part of the Journey to Immortality immortality, attribute of deathlessness ascribed to the soul in many religions and philosophies. Forthright belief in immortality of the body is rare. Immortality of the soul is a cardinal tenet of Islam and is held generally in Judaism, although it is not an exhibition, including those of young Queen Nesikhonsu and ring wearing Prince Djedptahiufankh.
