A free vintage bus service will be on hand tomorrow to take anyone interested to three places of historical interest . The bus, courtesy of the Aston Manor Aston Manor was a local government district in what is now northern Birmingham, from the 19th century to 1911, when it was added to Birmingham. The Aston Manor Local Board of Health was formed in 1869, from part of the ancient parish of Aston. Road Transport Museum, will depart from Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery and will stop at Soho House, Sarehole Mill, and Blakesley Hall. The History Bus will also stop at The Pen Room in Frederick Street and Aston Manor Road Transport Museum. The first bus will leave Edmund Street at 11.30am and will run every hour until 3.30pm. |
