A TI engineer, Jack Kilby invented the integrated circuit in 1958. Three TI employees left the company in 1982 to start Compaq.
 DDR (Double Data Rate) Refers to an SDRAM memory chip that increases performance by doubling the effective data rate of the frontside bus. For more details, see SDRAM.

 DLP (Digital Light Processing) A data projection technology from TI that produces clear, readable images on screens in lit rooms. DLP is used in all types of projection devices, from data projectors that weigh only a few pounds to large rear-projection TVs to electronic  technology to deliver a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, as well as XGA (EXtended Graphics Array) A screen resolution of 1,024x768 pixels. The term stems from IBM's XGA display standard introduced in 1990, which extended VGA to 132-column text and interlaced 1,024x768x256 resolution. XGA-2 later added non-interlaced 1,024x768x64K.  native resolution. Built-in RS-232C connectivity allows IT support departments to remotely check projector lamp life or provide operational support. It produces full-color output at 36 pages per minute and black-and-white output at 40 pages per minute, while offering multiple finishing options and advanced network connectivity. The product's $13,995 price includes My Sharp training and support, which aims to help users become proficient with the product's basic and advanced features.
