Al Wann, ABC, APR, senior consultant with the Cantor Concern, an executive search firm, will lead efforts to find a new CEO for IABC

Wann says, "IABC is a respected organization and the CEO job is a highly visible position. I don't believe we'll be wanting for candidates. In fact, the challenge will be finding someone exceptional from among the merely excellent."

Wann, a past chairman of IABC and an IABC Fellow, adds that it is certain that the committee will look both inside and outside of IABC, and globally. "It is likely we will post the position notification on the big job web sites as well as those specific to communication and association management."
