We are pleased to be able to offer such quality publications as Resisting the Pendulum Swing: Informed Perspectives on Education Controversies, edited by Mary Renck Jalongo, and Early Childhood Education and Care in the 21st Century, a joint publication with the World Organization for Early Childhood Education. As part of ACEI's mission to advocate for children's well-being, we also have concentrated some efforts toward issuing position papers. "Child-Centered Middle Schools: A Position Paper," by Lee Manning, and "Banning Corporal Punishment corporal punishment, physical chastisement of an offender.
