TechAdhesion (TA) is the leader of hot melt adhesive application systems in the Asia-Pacific region. We develop and build hot melt adhesive equipment and coating machinery with a wide range of professional uses including, but not limited to, disposable sanitary products production, packaging, labeling, paper converting, and many other types of products assembly.

Owning two registered trademarks (Chinese and English versions) and eight patented technologies, TA's till range of products have obtained CE certification and approval by ISO9001-2000.

We, in collaboration with Japanese industrial machine manufacturing corporation Hallys, have developed a series of advanced Full Servo/PLC hot melt adhesive equipment and gear-driven heads to meet the industry's top technical requirements. The result is the creation of our Colonel Series, TAF Fiber Applicator Series, and TPB Pull-Back Slot Die Applicator series.

Tank

TA tank is a Melt on Demand design. It lets glue extend life and performance, system ready within 25 minutes to save energy. The tank is fully coated by a double layer of Teflon and has no dead end inside it so that adhesive charring is virtually eliminated.

Fiber Spray Head TAF

TA has two types of fiber spray heads for different markets--a non-isolated preheater head for glue and preheated air for fiber spray and an isolated preheater head for glue and air, which can catch the high speed application without heat loss and external effects.

TA designs two fiber spray hems for different requirements and specification. Non-isolated preheater head is for the line speed below 100 m/rain, with less accuracy +/- 5~8% in coated weights. Isolated preheater head is for high line speed application and high accuracy +/- ~3% in coated weights. It is to suit the market needs and application requirements.

TA Fiber Nozzle

TAF nozzle is patented by TA in China. Its design has two types of fiber nozzles, Random and Alpha. Random is for construction spray and Alpha is for elastic strand spray. The nozzle is made by hardened stainless steel and hard high grade steel. It is assembled in five parts, a middle plate for glue distribution, two glue blocks and two air blocks by four screws.

The design is simple and effective and most importantly very easy to maintain unlike, other fiber nozzles that need to be in the oven for a long time to clean or some fiber nozzles that cannot be cleaned due to traditional drill technology.

Regarding the air consumption of fiber spray, TAF nozzle needs less air pressure to form the fiber pattern.

Slot Die Head

Slot die module TAD & TPB have valves are air open air close design. TA Die module (TAD) is our standard module with a traditional design for all the continuous applications and most intermittent applications blow 800 cycles per minute. TechAdhesion Pull Back Module (TPB) is patented by TA in China. The design has reverse action to pull the glue back to the Die Nozzle, which performs a sharp clean adhesive cut-off pattern. TPB makes an excellent intermittent application up to 2500 cycles per minute. TA slot die head is installed in a hardened steel die lip. It has good wear resistance and no distortion.

TA has become one of the global suppliers for some major enterprises of hot melt adhesive supply units due to the high quality and superior performance of its products. Customers include Unicharm (Japan), Kao (Japan), HengAn Corporation (China), Fameccanica (Italy), CCS (Italy), Sinopetrol (China) and Caldiroli (Italy).
