), today announced that it is planning to file a registration statement for an underwritten public offering of approximately 4,000,000 shares of its common stock. It is expected that A T M I and certain stockholders will be selling shares in the offering. It is not expected that any members of management of A T M I will sell shares in the offering. The timing and size of the offering are dependent on market conditions and other factors, with selling stockholders expected to sell a majority of the shares being sold. The registration statement may be filed as early as February 25, 2000.
