MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio -- It used to be, simply, the "Claims Person of the Year" award given by the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Arkansas. Until this year, when members were asked to vote for the claims person they thought was the best at responding to customers' needs, making the claims process easy.
