THE Irish Mirror and Today FM have teamed up to put soccer fans from across the country to the test.

And we're offering a trip to the European Championships in Portugal for the winners.

The first heat of the Total Football Quiz was held in the Submarine Bar in Dublin on Monday with a special appearance by former Irish internationals Frank Stapleton Frank Anthony Stapleton (born July 10, 1956 in Dublin) is a former Irish football player. He is best remembered for his time at Arsenal, Manchester United and as a pivotal player for the Republic of Ireland. He has also been a manager at Bradford City.  and Kevin Sheedy Kevin Sheedy may refer to:

The Fancy Dans beat 91 other teams of four to win a trip to a Premiership match. The Dans scored 79 out of 90 and according to according to

The Dublin heat was one of seven across the country and 10 teams from each heat will qualify for the Grand Final in Dublin next May.
