 by self-help guru Iyanla Vanzant and another from Essence Editorial Director Susan L Taylor, along with Williams' own introduction and instructions on how to use the book, I made the rare decision to review it myself. I poured over Williams book during my morning and evening subway commutes, at times almost missing my stop. Upon finishing it, l felt refreshed, like a brand-new person.
