That's the decision lots of low-income women face annually, and the Rite Aid Women's Health Women's Health Definition

Women's health is the effect of gender on disease and health that encompasses a broad range of biological and psychosocial issues.
 Foundation wants to make it possible for them to do both.

For the 10th year, Mother's Day Mammograms will be offered to uninsured, low-income women in California, 23 other states and the District of Columbia District of Columbia, federal district (2000 pop. 572,059, a 5.7% decrease in population since the 1990 census), 69 sq mi (179 sq km), on the east bank of the Potomac River, coextensive with the city of Washington, D.C. (the capital of the United States). . To inquire about a free mammogram, women can call (888) 748-3669 toll-free until Thursday to make appointments.

Callers will be asked about their age (most candidates must be 40 or older), income, medical insurance and health condition to see whether they qualify for a free test. If they qualify, they'll be given a reference number and the name of a community health-care facility where they can get their free mammogram. The screenings are being provided free through the state Health Services health services Managed care The benefits covered under a health contract  Department and community hospitals.

Rite Aid also will sell for $2 each Mother's Day cards designed for American Greetings by celebrities Diahann Carroll, Daisy Fuentes and Peri Gilpin. Proceeds from the card sale fund the foundation's Mother's Day Mammogram program.

Once you've gotten a mammogram, you can get a Glam-O-Gram, a glamour photo sitting that benefits the nonprofit, Davis-based Wall of Hope Breast Cancer Survivors Project. The photo sittings - which come complete with professional hairdo and makeup, jewelry and glitzy glitz   Informal

Cost, including beauty makeover, is $29.95. Any woman can sign up for a makeover and photo shoot, but only photos of breast cancer survivors will be placed on the Wall of Hope, a moving exhibit featuring photographs of breast cancer survivors.
