A Lutheran minister has been suspended for joining Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, and Sikh representatives at a post-9/11 prayer service at Yankee Stadium Coordinates:

Benke was born on May 5, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI as the first child of Raymond and Dorothy Benke.

"To participate with pagans in an interfaith service and, additionally, to give the impression that there might be more than one God, is an extremely serious offense," wrote Rev.
