A LA CARTE : YEAR OF THE RABBIT.

Although this is the Year of the Rabbit This article is about the band. For the Chinese Zodiac animal, see Rabbit (zodiac).

Year of the Rabbit is a rock band assembled and fronted by Ken Andrews, formerly of Failure and ON.
, according to the Chinese calendar, and China produces almost a third of the world's rabbit meat, you won't find any rabbit dishes on local mainstream Chinese restaurant menus.

But you will find numerous delicious rabbit recipes at Italian, French and other European-accented restaurants.

One chef in Boston described rabbit, which has been a staple or a delicacy for humans for some 3,000 years, as ``the other, other white meat.''

Here are a few local restaurants where you can enjoy a rabbit dish:

Cafe des Artistes

Dish description: Chef Jean Pierre Bosc's terrinelike rabbit compote as an appetizer is served with a small lentil lentil, leguminous Old World annual plant (Lens culinaris) with whitish or pale blue flowers. Its pods contain two greenish-brown or dark-colored seeds, also called lentils, which when fully ripe are ground into meal or used in soups and stews.  salad.

L'Arancino

Dish description: Pan-sauteed leg and loin of rabbit is brought forth with ``agrodulce,'' which is a Sicilian-style sweet and sour sweet and sour adjagridulce  sauce made with green olives and celery. The plate also includes seasonal vegetables.
