Premium kosher wines Kosher wine (Hebrew: יין כשר, yayin kashér) is wine produced according to Judaism's religious law, specifically, the Jewish dietary laws regarding wine.  for Passover are now being produced in various grape-growing regions around the world. And they're not necessarily those sweet wines of past Passovers.

Here are some of those worth consideration:

Abarbanel
