Once again, it's that time of year to storm local French restaurants that might be busy celebrating Bastille Day.
It falls this year on Monday, normally a slow - or closed - restaurant day. So most places either put on the dog, or forget the celebration altogether.
Here are a few restaurants that will definitely be doing something worth consideration:

Any of various species of edible mushrooms in the genera Morchella and Verpa. Morels have a convoluted or pitted head, or cap, vary in shape, and occur in diverse habitats. sauce, wild mushroom-stuffed chicken breast or tournedo of salmon with a cabernet and shallot sauce boosted with chervil chervil (chûr`vəl), name for two similar edible Old World herbs of the family Umbelliferae (parsley family). The salad chervil is Anthriscus cerefolium. Its leaves, like those of the related dill and parsley, are used for seasoning. and tarragon tarragon (târ`əgŏn), perennial aromatic Old World herb (Artemisia dracunculus) of the family Asteraceae (aster family), of the same genus as wormwood and sagebrush. .
