A Half-Mile of Art.

The Santa Monica Museum of Art presents "The Miracle Half-Mile: Ten Thousand Paintings by Stephen Keene," an exhibition of paintings by the New York-based painter. For the project, Keene produced 10,000 paintings inspired by works of art included in other museums throughout Los Angeles. An opening night benefit party, featuring the prolific Keene in action, kicks off the exhibition on Dec. 1.
