A Few of the Best Movies

The fact is that great movies come from all of the various genres. Here is a few of my favorite movies.

Seems that everyone has their favorite sort of movie. Some prefer dramas, a few like chick flicks, lots of people take pleasure in a good documentary and of course there are the action movie fans amid us and then a few who will never miss a excellent horror movie. We may have our favorites but most of us will enjoy a movie that is a diverse type.

There are wonderful movies of every different kind. Movies are made for amusement so every movie ever made appeals to a few folks. Of course, there are those few movies that everyone seems to adore.

Any list of the finest contemporary movies from any type will likely include the movies that became the blockbuster hits but no matter how comprehensive the list there will always be some movies that should be integrated but are absent off the list. You just can't name each one's favorite.

Dramas are pretty well-liked with most people. Some of the best drama's from the past 20 years or so would consist of "Slumdog Millionaire" from 2008, "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" from 2004 from very recent, and "Schindler's List" from 1993, "American Beauty" from 1999, "The Shawshank Redemption" and "Forrest Gump" both from 1994, and of course, countless others that there is no room to cite.

If you are addicted to horror movies there are numerous that are a have to see. "The Exorcist" is a memorable along with "Silence of the Lambs" and "The Shining". "30 days of Night" and "The Saw" franchise are some latest hits that must be seen. Of course, there are always the "Friday, the 13th" and the "Halloween" movies. Many of Stephen King's books have been made into some distinguished horror flicks because he has always been good at scaring the bejesus out of us all!

Everybody loves a good comedy. A movie that is a must see if you are an grown-up of course is "The 40 year old Virgin". Yes, you will laugh until you cry. Anything with Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey is generally pretty hilarious. And all of the Saturday Night Live alumni make great movies. Check out Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in "Baby Mama" and anything by Will Farrell like "Blades of Glory" or "Semi-pro".

The chick-flicks are the movies that persons have a propensity to watch again and again. Try "Sweet Home Alabama" or "Just Like Heaven" if you like Reese Witherspoon. "What Happens In Vegas" was a pleasurable chick-flick from 2008. And there are some from way back favorites like "Sleepless in Seattle" and "Fools Rush In". Seems that one and all has a favorite chick flick.
